Soudage Technique d'Auvergne (group TRA-C Industrie) is a training center specialized for more than 20 Years in industrial trades (welding, boiler making, piping...). My role in the compagny consists in developing our sales revenue by keeping a watchful eye on the market and our customers.I help to plan and implement our commercial strategy. In order to do that I lead several actions in several fields :
- Informational sales,
- Prospecting,
- First contact with customers,
- Creation of personalised estimates (assistance to the definition of customers's needs and implementation of an adapted and personalized training),
- Client account management,
- Database management (dormant customers...),
- Development of the commercial action plan,
- Tender follow-up.
- Creation of communication support (poster, document templates, mailing...),
- E-Mailing,
- Drawing up the training catalogue,
- Web management.
- Planning management,
- Client account management (paperwork).
- Application form for the OPQF certification (French instance to certify the quality of a trainig center)

AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. It is a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Inside the Clermont-Ferrand regional branch, I was in charge of the communication. I created supports of communication (using photoshop) and helped to organise events such as thematic lunches.

The ESC Clermont is a business school which, as every private organism, needs to make profits. That's why I used my commercial's skills to promote the school during lounges. Directly in the "battlefield" I was able to insure a direct contact with the future students we wanted to came into our school. I was here to give them information and advices considering their aspirations.
