Soudage Technique d'Auvergne (group TRA-C Industrie) is a training center specialized for more than 20 Years in industrial trades (welding, boiler making, piping...).
My role in the compagny consists in developing our sales revenue by keeping a watchful eye on the market and our customers.I help to plan and implement our commercial strategy.
In order to do that I lead several actions in several fields :
Sedentary sales (BtoB and BtoC):
- Informational sales,
- Prospecting,
- First contact with customers,
- Creation of personalised estimates (assistance to the definition of customers's needs and implementation of an adapted and personalized training),
- Client account management,
- Database management (dormant customers...),
- Development of the commercial action plan,
- Tender follow-up.
Communication :
- Creation of communication support (poster, document templates, mailing...),
- E-Mailing,
- Drawing up the training catalogue,
- Web management.
Administrative :
- Planning management,
- Client account management (paperwork).
Quality management :
- Application form for the OPQF certification (French instance to certify the quality of a trainig center)
